Machine streams, sound & type

The sound is Square Grid Drone, from Aaron Day's Drone Grids. The original audio modules are reused without changes; its grid visuals stay in the original project.

LinuxCNC program

The scrolling text is LinuxCNC's 3dtest.ngc, by Ray Henry, dated 10 February 2000. The artwork capitalizes the display and loops the program. The original file is preserved, including its author comments.

Seven additional streams

Each visit selects one of eight streams from a locally stored shuffled sequence. Long rows are reflowed for the screen, and each stream loops. Examples below retain their documented values; normalized layouts are adaptations, not literal terminal captures.

ABI thermocycler boot — Owner boot log: selected excerpts and normalized hardware fields. No repair or successful connection is implied.
TP-Link router boot — Published TL-MR11U boot log, rendered as normalized hardware and boot fields.
Marlin printer capabilities — Selected fields from the official M115 example response, not a connected printer.
GRBL controller interface — Selected build, offset and setting examples from the official interface documentation; assembled for display, not a single captured session.
Modbus register polling — Normalized fields and all four pairs of register values from the mbpoll RTU example. No hardware polling occurs.
NMEA navigation sentences — Selected protocol examples from the GPSD NMEA reference. These examples are not a continuous journey or a live position.
SMART disk diagnostics — Normalized SMART fields from an owner-posted diagnostic report. PASSED is the reported self-assessment, not our health verdict. The medium error was reported later in the same discussion.

Letterforms

3270font is Ricardo Banffy's typeface based on IBM 3270 terminal letterforms, derived from x3270 and Georgia Tech's 3270tool. This site hosts the font locally from Debian's fonts-3270 3.0.1-2 package.
